PS 150 Parent Hosts Benefit Dinner Aboard Grand Banks

Starting next week, the waters off Pier 25 will be host to Tribeca’s first floating restaurant, on the deck of the F/V Sherman Zwicker. Grand Banks will offer “sustainably sourced oysters, ingredient driven seasonal plates, and nautically inspired cocktails” for the summer season, along with exhibitions on maritime history and lectures on topics ranging from seafaring culture to aquatic sustainability.

The dinner series will kick off next Monday, June 30 with a guided wild salmon dinner hosted by author and Second Grade parent Paul Greenberg, to benefit Alaska’s endangered Bristol Bay. Tickets are $100 and can be purchased here.
