Paul Greenberg to Host June 24 Lunch at Grand Banks

Third-grade parent and bestselling author Paul Greenberg is returning this month to Pier 25 hotspot Grand Banks to host a special lunch celebrating native fish species that tend to be overlooked by American consumers. Entitled “Bait to Plate” and produced in partnership with Sustainable Seafood Week NYC, the lunch will introduce diners to a variety of local seafood and simple techniques for preparing them. Joining Greenberg as host will be Grand Banks Chef Kerry Heffernan, who was the opening chef for Eleven Madison Park.

The lunch will take place on Wednesday, June 24 at 12PM. Tickets are $65 until June 17, $85 thereafter, and include a copy of Greenberg’s latest book, American Catch: The Fight for Our Local Seafood.
